UPU pledges participation in Ememoh 11 rites of passage

Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), Worldwide has pledged its participation in the rites of passage of HRM London Aforkerhi Itu, JP, Ememoh 11, the Ovie of Agbarha Warri Kingdom.
The President-General of the apex Urhobo socio-cultural body, Okakuro (Barr.), Ese Gameliel Owe, a lawyer, made the pledge during a condolence visit to Agbarha Warri Regency Council and the people of Agbarha Warri at Igbudu Regency Hall, Igbudu Community Warri on Thursday 13th April 2023.
The PG UPU Worldwide extolled the virtues of the departed traditional ruler as he said that HRM Ememoh 11 was a patriotic Urhobo traditional ruler, who will be greatly missed by Urhobo Nation and Delta State.
He recalled that Ememoh 11 supported his emergence as the President-General of UPU Worldwide.
The Chairman Agbarha Warri Regency Council High Chief Willie Atebefia Digbori, JP, in his brief remarks, applauded and appreciated the PG UPU Worldwide for the visit and kind remarks on the respected traditional ruler of the ancient Urhobo Kingdom of Agbarha Warri.
While highlighting the programmes of the rites of passage of HRM Ememoh 11 (fondly called Orhifi, High Chief Willie Digbori also appreciated UPU Worldwide for its pledge of participation.
