A distinguished Uvwie indigene, Chief (Mrs) Anastasia Onisuru Agbatutu,  has remarked that the visionary rulership of HRM (Dr.) Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso, JP, OON Abe 1, Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom has positively transformed the Uvwie Kingdom.

Agbatutu, the proprietress of the famous St Anastasia Heights School Effurun, made the remark in a media chat with newsmen during the visit of the highly-esteemed traditional ruler to the Etche R ‘ Alegbo (traditional administrative unit) in Uvwie Kingdom last weekend.

The renowned educationist who hails from the said traditional administrative unit hailed the Uvwie monarch for his initiative of visiting the nine traditional administrative units that comprised the ancient Urhobo Kingdom of Uvwie as part of activities making his 15th coronation anniversary.

She reasoned that the visit will unify Uvwie indigenes and non-indigenes and also allow the Uvwie monarch to be abreast with happenings in the kingdom.

Chief (Mrs) Agbatutu congratulated the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom and his wife, HRH Queen Patricia Sideso, JP, on the celebration of the coronation anniversary.

She also applauded the Unuevworo of Uvwie Kingdom, High Chief Hope Akasa (who doubles as the Unuevworo of the Etche R ‘ Alegbo, and the entire people of the traditional administrative unit, including non-indigenes) for the superb reception accorded the traditional ruler and his entourage.
